Appointed CEO in 2018, Alexander (Xander) Cave is focused on continuing to develop J.S. Ferraro’s service offerings, effectively merging the agricultural and finance sectors. Prior to becoming CEO, Xander served as the Managing Director of J.S. Ferraro & Company, the risk management arm of the business.
